SHIPPING


General information:

Orders made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the following business day.


All orders are dispatched from our warehouses Monday through Friday.


Every shipment includes a tracking number. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with the courier details and your tracking number.

Processing, shipping & delivery times

Orders are processed in Vietnam during business hours from Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm (excluding public holidays). See holiday list: publicholidays.vn.

Processing times:
• Standard orders: processed within 3 business days.
• Priority orders made before 12:00 noon: processed same day.
• Priority orders after noon or on weekends/holidays: processed on the following business day.

Orders despatch from our warehouse Monday–Friday.

Refer to the shipping options at checkout for available shipping options and the respective delivery times for your delivery address. We aim for the following general delivery timelines:
• Within Vietnam: up to 7 business days (3 business days for priority).
• International: up to 25 business days (10 business days for priority).

Delayed, lost or damaged shipments

All purchases are shipped under a standard shipment contract, meaning risk of loss passes to you once the carrier picks up your package. We are not liable for any losses, damages, or costs resulting from lost or delayed shipments.

All shipments include tracking. If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, check your tracking link or contact the carrier directly.

If delivery fails and the package is returned to us*, you may either:
• forfeit the order, or
• pay a 12.5% restocking fee + all shipping costs for a replacement order.

* If you purchased an optional Extended Purchase Warranty, you may request a replacement within the return/exchange period. Contact shop@harara.run with your order number to confirm eligibility.

Shipping fees

At checkout, you can choose your preferred shipping option and view estimated delivery times. Shipping prices include handling, packaging, delivery fees, and all taxes charged within Vietnam.

Shipping fees do not include customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by other countries.

Custom fees & duties

In some countries, we offer an optional Extended Purchase Warranty that covers lost or damaged parcels and allows one free return or exchange.

Optional extended purchase warranty

In some countries, we offer an optional Extended Purchase Warranty at a surcharge. This Extended Purchase Warranty covers all risks regarding lost or damaged parcels, and allows for one free return or exchange.
