of Authenticity" attached to it,
or where the certificate shows
any sign of tampering (e.g.
rubber below the QR code has
been removed or the product
number or PIN below the QR
code is visible).
Confirm whether your product is genuine. Your product should have an unopened Certificate of Authenticity attached to it. Open the certificate, scrup free the product number and PIN below the QR code, and enter the information below:
Note: You may authenticate your product one time only. Once a product has been authenticated, the respective product number and PIN become invalid. Any future authentication attempts with the same product number and PIN will return an error message.
