General information:

You may exchange your product for another item within 30 days of purchase.*


*Terms apply: Valid only for full-priced items purchased directly from us trough this website. Samples, promotional products, prizes, discounted items, and replacement items are not eligible. Please see our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

Process

To request an exchange:

(1) Reply to your order confirmation email or contact shop@harara.run with the item(s) you wish to exchange.

(2) We’ll email you the applicable shipping and restocking fees* along with return instructions.

(3) Once you confirm, we’ll send payment instructions for the fees.

(4) You’ll receive a return shipping label by email—please print it.

(5) Repackage the item(s) with original packaging, tags, and labels, and return them using the provided return shipping label.

(6) After we verify the items are unused and in original condition, we’ll process your replacement order within 10 business days.

* Note: Customers that purchased a valid Extended Purchase Warranty are entitled to one (1) free exchange within 30 days of purchase. Extended Purchase Warranties also covers all shipping and restocking fees.

Costs & fees

You are responsible for the following fees for all returns and exchanges, except where you purchased an optional Extended Purchase Warranty at the time when you paid for the product*:

• All returned items attract a 12.5% restocking fee*.

• All shipping fees*. This includes the shipping costs to return your product(s) to our warehouse, and the shipping costs to send you the replacement items.

• The price difference between your returned product and your replacement product. If your replacement product is of equal or lesser value you will forgo this fee.

• All duties and taxes outside of Vietnam. While we pay for all taxes within Vietnam, you may be charged custom fees, taxes, tariffs and other duties by the destination country.

* Note: Customers that purchased a valid Extended Purchase Warranty at checkout are eligible for one (1) free exchange within a 30-day period. In these cases, we’ll cover all shipping and restocking fees.
