The optional Extended Purchase Warranty provides piece of mind and covers all loss or damage during transit until the carrier's delivery to your ship-to address. *


Allows you to return the product for refund within 30 days of purchase.*


Allows you to exchange your product within 30 days of purchase without having to pay any shipping or restocking fees.*

Optional Extended Purchase Warranty is available in select countries only. If it is offered in your country, you’ll see the option at checkout.

Claim process

To use your Extended Purchase Warranty for a return, exchange, or to report a lost, stolen, or damaged item:

(1) Reply to your order confirmation email or contact shop@harara.run with details of the item(s).

(2) We’ll reply with next-step instructions. Please review and confirm.

(3) After we verify the returned item or confirm carrier loss, we’ll process your replacement or refund within 10 business days.
